In Memoriam: Caruthers Gholson Berger (1917-1984)

Active in the National Woman's Party before 1960, Berger aided NWP in securing passage of the sex discrimination amendment of Title VII in 1964. A founder and board member of Human Rights for Women, Berger wrote numerous papers on sex discrimination in employment and women's constitutional rights.
